The Center of Educational Excellence was established by the University of Natural Sciences on August 1, 2007. The Center for Educational Excellence has three main purposes: - Apply Service Learning teaching and learning methods to enhance university curriculum for undergraduate and graduate programs; - Support teachers and students by providing them with equipment, tools and Service Learning knowledge; - Assess community needs and form partnerships with the community to tailor teaching and learning opportunities towards community and societal needs. The establishment of the Center for Educational Excellence is one of results of UNS – PSU Community – University Engagement Program. This program is supported by USAID and HED. |
